By booking a service with Boutique Maid (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services
Boutique Maid provides residential cleaning services. All bookings are made through our website and are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Bookings, Payments & Pricing
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or have access to full credit card information.
All pricing is based on the information provided during the booking process. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, or requirements of the property differ from the details submitted.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel bookings, or adjust charges in cases of incorrect information, system errors, or misuse of the booking system.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes, including 13% HST.
3. Promotional Codes & Discounts
Promotional codes are limited to one use per household unless otherwise stated.
Discounts cannot be combined, transferred, or reused once a booking is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel or invalidate promotions applied incorrectly or in violation of these terms.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service time are free of charge.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and typically take 5–10 business days.
6. Access & Safety
Customers must provide safe, secure, and reasonable access to the property.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or if essential utilities (such as water or electricity) are unavailable.
7. Damage & Claims
Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or indirect or consequential damages.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue, which may include a re-clean at our discretion.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, emergencies, or government restrictions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
